Question 1

Are there many Cozy Cove Pro complaints?

Accepted Answer

We don't have a published complaint record to report. Rather than hide or invent anything, this page explains the most common concerns people have with small room heaters and exactly how we help.

Question 2

How do I make a complaint about Cozy Cove Pro?

Accepted Answer

Email support@getcozycovepro.com with your order number, what happened and, if possible, a photo. That gives us everything we need to help in one reply.

Question 3

The heater doesn't warm my room enough. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Check that it's on the 800W setting, close doors and windows, and keep it clear of furniture. It's rated for rooms up to 549 sq ft, but large, drafty or open-plan spaces may need more heat. If it still isn't right, you can return it.

Question 4

It turned itself off. Is it broken?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. The overheat protection switches it off if it gets too hot, often because airflow is blocked. Unplug it, let it cool, clear the space around it and try again. If it keeps happening, contact support.

Question 5

There's a smell the first time I used it. Is that normal?

Accepted Answer

A faint smell on the first few uses can come from new parts warming up. A strong burning smell or smoke is not normal: unplug it immediately and contact support.

Question 6

I see a charge I don't recognize. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Check your email for an order confirmation from the official store. If you ordered from a different website or seller, contact that seller. If you're still unsure, email us and we'll help you check.

Question 7

Can I get a refund instead of troubleshooting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You don't need to justify it. Every official-store order has a 90-day money-back guarantee. Email support@getcozycovepro.com with your order number.

Question 8

I bought it on another website. Can you help?

Accepted Answer

We can only handle orders placed at getcozycovepro.com. For other sellers, contact them directly. See our scam warning page for how to spot fake sites.

Question 9

Do you delete negative reviews or complaints?

Accepted Answer

No. We don't publish invented reviews and we don't hide genuine feedback. Verified buyer reviews will appear on the reviews page as customers share them.

Question 10

Is it safe to keep using it while I wait for help?

Accepted Answer

If you notice smoke, sparks, a strong burning smell or a damaged cord, stop using it and unplug it. For anything else, follow the user guide and safety tips.
